Julia is a computer scientist specializing in artificial intelligence. She holds a Master's degree at Oxford, where she wrote her dissertation on automated machine translation. She spent 8 years at Google on a wide variety of machine learning projects, from the artificial intelligence layer for Android to federated learning and foundational models for text generation. She is now the cofounder and co-CEO of Storia, on a mission to empower all storytellers bring their stories to life.
