Kate is a Director at the Forward Institute, a non-profit company specialising in responsible leadership at some of the UK's largest and most influential organisations in terms of their potential to impact society - from huge retailers, to banks, to security and defence, to regulators and policy makers. She has over 20 year’s experience of working in both the private sector as a human capital consultant and ‘in house’ at Executive and Non-Executive level for society-shaping organisations such as Comic Relief, Nesta, Tech Nation, Missing People and the British Paralympic Association. She’s a firm advocate for the role leaders can and must play to deliver the change and positive impact that society needs to progress. This includes those leading and growing the influential technology organisations of the future.
