Laura Elvin is the founder of iusegenius, a 360° positive impact consultancy. iusegenius engineers systems-change globally across industries, consulting to select start-ups, corporates & institutions generating "turnkey" positive impact.

An entrepreneur at 17, Laura then assumed the role of lead counsel in a multi-family impact investments office & foundation, making notable investments from Good Energy to Fairphone. She also helped to facilitate the first Tesla Battery Storage system in a UK solar farm, opened by then-Energy Minister, Baroness Neville-Rolfe. Laura’s acted as board observer, made final investment decisions, and consulted directly to portfolio companies.

This led her to form the iusegenius collective which has helped to raise multi-millions for impact start-ups (so far!) Blending business strategy & development with data strategy, technology integration, growth-oriented partnerships & founder coaching, iusegenius’ impact reaches diverse domains, from Fashion to FemTech, Blockchain to Smart Cities & AI to the Future of Energy.

At the heart of Iusegenius lies collaborative power, embracing businesses, institutions, investors, students, consultants, experts, and activists united in the pursuit of a better world. With partnerships spanning Microsoft, Meta, London Stock Exchange, the UN, UK Government and with multi-award winning clients across sectors, the iusegenius approach embodies unwavering positive impact.

Underpinning iusegenius is an 8 pillar impact framework, designed for systems change. Within turnkey projects span impact frameworks, creative activations, including sustainable showcases at London Fashion Week, supporting granular and data-driven research with leading institutions and universities, providing sector-specific due diligence to VC, collaborating with leading banks and lobbying for change. Laura is also a frequent host & public speaker on positive impact topics and including for CogX, Microsoft & other large-scale corporate events.
