Richard leads Consulting and Client Services for Mindera and is focused on scaling the business in-line with the ever-changing needs of it's clients. He has worked in technology for over 25 years across of wide-range of industries including eCommerce, retail, financial services, travel and gaming.

Previously Chief Technology Officer at a client of Mindera’s and with a background in private equity, Richard has a unique perspective on what’s important to CxOs and investors. He understands how to make the biggest difference with the right technology solutions and ultimately how transformational change needs to be collaborative and not disruptive.
