Ruth leads Shell’s global digital transformation practice numbering 500 practitioners. Her team specialises in partnering with other Shell IT and business professionals to achieve digital adoption and drives value realisation from technology spend.  The team operates across the breadth of the digital agenda, touching most areas of the business offering services in the management of change, engagement, learning and development, value realisation and continuous improvement. Ruth also oversees digital engineering delivery for Global Functions and Information Risk Management.

She has a passion for achieving digital transformation through practical, measurable interventions that speed time to value and drive maximum business insights from data. 

Prior to joining Shell, Ruth had a successful career in technology consulting and practice leadership. She has provided digital advice and delivery across multiple industries in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia.
