Tess Cosad is the CEO and co-Founder of Béa Fertility. Tess founded Béa Fertility in March 2020, after a career in advertising that saw her scale her agency from start-up to international B2B advertising agency in 3 years, leading global ad campaigns for both Fortune 500 clients. In 2018 Tess founded Hers By Design, and later that year was the first woman to teach a digital startup program in Saudi Arabia.
