Jacob leads Microsoft’s health and life sciences business in the UK.

He is a senior leader with board-level and international experience in government, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. He has advised two UK Prime Ministers, shaping a number of health reforms in the 2000s.

Jacob was Harkness Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health and is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King’s College London’s Public Policy Institute. He has a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA from the University of Oxford.
