Judit is the vice president of Industrial Asset Management (IAM) at Baker Hughes. In this role, Judit leads a global software organisation that is developing and delivering a connected suite of solutions for industrial technology customers.

Prior to this role, Judit has held senior leadership roles across Baker Hughes. Most recently, she was the vice president of decarbonisation and strategic accounts, leading global enterprise account managers as well as a team of technologists developing decarbonisation offerings. Judit was previously vice president of sales & commercial for the Oilfield Services business with responsibility for commercial strategy and sales enablement. She was responsible for developing strategy in key growth areas through alternative business models, regional localisation roadmaps and building underwriting capabilities for Integrated projects.

Judit has been in the oil & gas industry for the last 12 years and has held several leadership positions in the GE Hydril Drilling Business and later as the Global Commercial Operations Leader for GE Oil & Gas prior to the merger with Baker Hughes. In that role, she was integral in designing commercial transformation across segments and operationalized centralized processes & metrics for the enterprise

Earlier in her career, Judit served in Financial Planning & Analysis leadership roles across GE and on the Corporate Audit Staff covering business operations, M&A and financial services.
