Jules is the HR Director for the CIOs, and for Etc, BT’s incubation start up hub, as well as leading the OD function for Digital@BT. Her time in BT has been spent leading large people transformation programmes, including the creation of the Digital unit, which was spun up in April 2021. Her time is focused on the development & delivery of the people agenda for Digital@BT, where priorities include the build and implementation of a strategic workforce plan, ensuring the operating model is fit for purpose, and helping to live the Digital Way culture. Before BT, she spent her career in Unilever, business partnering across global & local teams before becoming the Chief People Officer of Tigi International, a luxury hair care company owned by Unilever.
