After ten years at Rolls-Royce in roles including Head of Digital Culture and Portfolio Director for Digital Culture and Collaboration, Manisha joined the founding team at R² Factory in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for business operations as well as its digital culture team.

A passionate product designer with a Masters in business and a love for helping people excel, Manisha holds Prince2, ITIL and CMI accreditations and is also a FA qualified coach.
