Phil is a Senior Director with LyondellBasell based in Rotterdam and is responsible for leading the company’s Digital Transformation. During his long career with LyondellBasell and predecessor companies, Phil has held a wide variety of positions in Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering and Design, Site Management, Technology Licensing, Research and Development and Business Leadership. Phil has lived and worked in multiple European and North American locations and has broad experience in leading internationally diverse organizations.

Prior to his current position, Phil was responsible for leading LyondellBasell’s Joint Ventures and International Marketing business with responsibility for the Middle East and Asia Joint Venture portfolio and the sales and marketing of polyolefins in Africa, the Middle East, Indian sub-continent and Asia Pacific Regions and business operations in Australia.

Phil graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK with a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering in 1986 and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. Phil is married with four sons.
