Client Technology Lead - Microsoft
Selina is a Client Technology Lead working as a degree apprentice at Microsoft. She is working across Public Sector with UK Local and Regional governments. Selina has been at Microsoft for 3 years, joining as an apprentice managing skilling and learning programmes supporting Microsoft’s broad digital skills agenda. After having received her Level 4 qualification in Junior Management Consultancy, she has now embarked on her Level 6 Digital Technology Solutions degree.
Selina is 6 months into her new role as Client Technology Lead, supporting local governments with their technology strategy transformation. In addition to her day job, Selina is very involved in Diversity & Inclusion efforts at Microsoft, having founded a successful Allyship programme across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She is an active member of EMBRACE, Microsoft’s race and ethnicity Employee Resource Group who hosts community and outreach efforts spanning universities and students, employees at Microsoft and more broadly across the UK. Selina was recently shortlisted for ‘Diversity Lead’ at the Women in IT UK awards.
