Siân John MBE is Senior Director of Security Business Development and Strategic Growth at Microsoft. She leads a team focusing on developing opportunities for Microsoft to deliver new security, compliance, identity, management and privacy offerings to the market.

Siân has worked in Cybersecurity for 25 years across strategy, business risk, privacy, and technology. She is Chair of techUK’s CyberSecurity Management committee and a council member for EPSRC, the funding body for Engineering and Physical Sciences Research in the UK.

Siân is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Information Security and was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s 2018 New Year’s Honours List for services to Cybersecurity.
