Filip Martinsson is the co-founder and COO of Moralis. He is responsible for executing the company’s strategic vision and oversees its business, managerial and administrative operations.

In 2017, he co-founded the Ivan on Tech Academy (now known as the Moralis Academy) alongside Ivan Liljeqvist. Filip was instrumental in identifying the issues facing many new Web3 developers and growing the academy. As of today, the school has trained more than 30,000 students and posted more than $10M in revenues. In 2021, Filip and Ivan launched Moralis, after building a tool that would allow developers to create decentralised applications (Dapps) without any specific programming knowledge of Web3.

Prior to founding Moralis, Filip previously served as CEO of the Stockholm Blockchain group and worked as a blockchain consultant for clients from all over the world. Filip holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
