Nikola Plecas works at Visa as the European Crypto Business Lead. In this position, he is responsible for operationalising and delivering Visa's crypto strategy in the region by working closely with their existing and new partners, and is also the regional subject matter expert and acts as Visa’s spokesperson on the topic of digital currencies.

Nikola joined Visa in 2017, starting in the Corporate Strategy team before having spent time in Strategic Partnerships & Fintech and VCA teams. He has previously worked in finance and consulting, and is a CFA Charterholder.
