Barbara Kroll, based in London, supports clients across Europe as a Partner in Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice. Her focus is on B2B Software and Services, including Tech-enabled Services. She leads searches for all C-suite roles. Barbara is also an active member of the Board practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Barbara was the Managing Director of Twinfield UKI, a cloud-based accounting software start-up. Previously, she held leadership positions in strategy, product marketing, and operations at Wolters Kluwer and McGraw-Hill in New York and London. She began her career working in London and Chicago as a strategy consultant for L.E.K. Consulting.

Barbara has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University, an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also attended the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales. Outside of work, Barbara loves spending time with her husband and two kids, getting deep into a good political thriller, and eating exotic food.
