Dora is Head of Programmes at the Institute for the Future of Work where she focuses on delivering strategic and impactful programmes and external affairs.

Prior to this role, Dora worked in a variety of public policy roles in the UK and internationally. Most recently, she worked for Innovate UK in Brussels, working with the European Institutions on innovation.

Dora has an MSc from Oxford University where she focused on social mobility and inequalities.
