Roger Spitz is President of Techistential (Strategic Foresight), and founder of Disruptive Futures Institute (Think Tank) in San Francisco. Spitz is the bestselling author of the four-volume collection The Definitive Guide to Thriving on Disruption, and his fifth book, Disrupt With Impact is to be released in September 2024.

Spitz is a leading expert and investor in Artificial Intelligence, he chairs the Techistential Center for Human & Artificial Intelligence, and is known for coining the term ""Techistentialism"". Spitz publishes extensively on the future of strategic decision-making and AI. He is a member of the Global Foresight Network of the World Economic Forum, and the AI General Assembly of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence & Law.

Spitz is also a partner of Vektor Partners (Palo Alto, London), a VC fund investing in the future of mobility. As former Global Head of Technology M&A with BNP Paribas, Spitz advised on over 50 transactions with deal value of $25bn. He launched the bank’s US M&A practice in San Francisco and built its European Technology & Digital Investment Banking franchises.
