CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County (CLAOC) is a consortium of business leaders from many of our region’s prominent public and private companies that work together to build a thriving OC for all. In order to achieve this vision, we believe that we must build OC into a premier, inclusive talent pipeline for high paying jobs -- specifically technology and AI sector jobs. We leverage our ability to convene business leaders to connect with local education systems to ensure OC residents are learning the right skills, supplemented with the appropriate work-based learning experiences to make them job-ready in the OC economy.
