Raychel Espiritu is a Los Angeles native with 16 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Venture Capital, and Startups. Her professional experience includes working with large corporate brands, government entities, marketing agencies, startup accelerators, and venture capital firms.

Raychel is the co-founder of the community organization Women in Climate Investing and Finance, whose mission is to create space for women to authentically connect, build community, and support and empower each other within climate investing and finance sectors. Outside of work, Raychel enjoys being in nature and practicing mindful meditation.
